Recommendation for Use

Feed in addition to the regular complete feed, according to the table below.

This formula is recommended to help maintain healthy gastric function and hindgut health in horses. Platinum Gastric Support helps support a healthy mucosal barrier and healthy gastric acid levels in the stomach. This formula is recommended for horses subject to external stressors such as transportation, training, environmental changes, including foals during weaning.

Directions for Use

Foals: At time of weaning: 1/2 scoop (7.5 g) twice daily at time of feeding.

Adult Horses:

• During times of external stress, transport, or training: 1 level scoop (15 g*) twice daily at time of feeding. *This amount can be doubled for 2 weeks prior to anticipated stressful events.

To help maintain electrolyte and trace mineral balance during heavy exercise, shipping in hot weather or following periods of heavy sweating. Platinum Electrolyte Plus helps support hydration.

Directions for Use

Administer 2 level scoops (32.8 g) once per day top dressed on feed at mealtime or mixed into 7.6 liters (2 gallons) of drinking water and provide in a bucket. Fresh, plain drinking water should be provided at all times. Dosage can be increased to 2 scoops twice a day during intense exercise in hot weather or as recommended by your veterinarian. Dosage is applicable to mature horses of all body weights. A scoop is provided in the container (1 scoop =16.4g).

Prepare product once daily mixed with warm water and administer orally using a syringe during mealtime. Dosage is dependent on horse’s body weight. Not recommended for horses below 150 kg body weight. A scoop is provided within the product container.

Platinum Dermal Support is a unique formula designed to support healthy skin and hair coat in horses. The ingredients Aurantiochytrium sp. (an algal source of DHA) and Quercetin work to maintain a healthy immune system and normal histamine levels.

• DHA helps maintain healthy skin and coat, as well as support normal levels of inflammation in the body.
• Quercetin is a naturally occurring plant compound that helps maintain healthy histamine levels.

Platinum Dermal Support works best when fed in combination with our foundation formula Platinum Performance® Equine. For picky eaters, sprinkle less than the full dose during mealtime, gradually allowing your horse to get used to the smell and taste. It might also be helpful to mix a small amount of water so the supplement sticks to your horse’s feed better and doesn’t sift to the bottom of the ration. If your horse doesn’t eat it right away, don’t be discouraged— it may take a few days for your horse to become comfortable with the change.
